Although I try to duplicate the sign as closely as possible, there may be slight variations because no two boards are identical and these signs are made out of reclaimed wood from old barns, house tear downs, fences, pallets, etc. There will always be variations in wood color and texture due to weathering and previous use of the wood. Creations may vary in size by 1/2" to 1" either way.
